Pros
My body has become accustomed to it, so i go straight to the bathroom when i take it. It is a little expensive but i keep finding myself ordering another supply.
Cons
The only active ingredient is psyllium husk.

Once youre adjusted to it it will feel like youre emptying everything out of you and starting fresh for the day

I would say my waist line is much tighter and i look more slim since using it
