My experience is worth sharing. This product helped me more than i could have ever imagined. Highly recommend giving it a try.

It curbs cravings for sweets. No real issues as far as cramping or bad stomach pains.

Cons

Save your money and go to rite aid. Be careful, but not $55 worth of tasty. However it says this item is non returnable.

Buyers the advertizing is misleading. Read the em effing labels. No difference. No brooming, sweeping, blowing happening in this colon.

Tastes gritty and doesn't dissolve that well, made me constipated and super bloated! Consistency of product from bottle to bottle isn't great. This time the product is chunky.
