The drink is tasty and we chose strawberry. The flavor is amazing it taste like strawberry kool-aid. I love how this works for my bowel happiness\regularity. Psyllium husk fiber is the active ingredient.

Search ph for yourself and find much cheaper sources. No need to pay the inflated price. We insist that something was wrong and wanted to exchange the product. Their customer service is horrible.

No noticeable changes in bowel habits (yet). Tried this for 3 weeks saw no change. This item also makes you very bloated.

It's nothing special except for the aggressive and misleading ad campaign. The flavor and sweetness is just way too overpowering for my liking. The taste is okay, but i'm not a big fan of stevia, which is prominent.
