Make sure you check the measurements if you want to carry a sketchbook or notebook though because its slightly small for the standard moleskine style books

I carry my phone wallet keys pepper spray and a few other little items like lipstick a pen gum and it wouldnt fit much more at least not comfortably

I don’t even know if i just wasn’t reading the dimensions when i ordered it but it seemed in the pictures that the bag was at least an inch bigger than it actually is
