Would have given a 5 rating but it did not come with all screws needed to secure the handle which i found the right size screw to fix the handle

Wheel fell off at a concert and i had to replace bolts and washers

We had to add padding to it for him to sit on and wrapped towels around both bars above the cover the bar where you attach the pull handle
