Pros
Shin seems to be turning over new cells, looking more fresh and even. Middle-aged male with knee joint pain from years of telco line work.
Cons
It tastes disgusting! It begins to smell like sour milk and stops dissolving easily. However this time a funky smell and taste. The odor of this only gets worse when added to water or almond milk.
It has nothing phenomenal that overcomes the shortcomings. The only positive is my fingernails are super long and strong. The measure included is inaccurate.
This is a sham of a product. I won't be buying from amazon again. What a waste of money. My mistake for going for this cheap *.

Why not 1 provide a scooper for the correct amount and 2 just put on the packaging that you should take a heaping scooper full
