Pros

They taste great and seem to aid in firming your skin. And thees are my fave! I love the flavor and what collaglove these taste great.

As i have aged my hair is a little thinner and my once strong nails have gotten a little weaker. My nails now look healthy and are stronger. My skin feels smoother. My hair is growing slowly but thicker.

This product is a really good price for what you get. When compared to other products of a similar makeup, it is very affordable.

Cons

The front says it has 5000 mcg biotin. But in the supplemental facts, it only has 3000 mcg. The last several bottles have arrived with gummies of a different flavor and strange granulated texture.

The taste of fishy is bad. It's also incredibly sugary. They are very sour and unpleasant to eat. Not even sour-patch kids, just unpleasantly sour.
