Pros

Very tasty gummy has well. They stick together in the bottle; kinda hard to get them out of there. Easy to chew, not tough like some gummies.

I wear sew in extensions due to my hair being extremely thin. My nails are thick and strong and i'm 4 chemo treatments deep of 6. It helps with my joints and surprisingly the skin on my neck has tightened!

The taste is good but the texture is what bothers me a little, it is slightly grainy. No weird aftertaste or feel, the size is perfect.

Cons
