The handle is angled and sticks out far enough so that it did not get hot when used on my flat top stove on the smallest size burner

The kettle works great for use with my small chemex it looks cute sitting out on a shelf and the thermometer is handy though not precision accurate

In addition to the kettle you also receive a coffee scooping spoon a coffee mug it has a smiley face on it not really a fan of that looks childish and takes away from the classy look of the set a stirring spoon and a set of instructions that is actually a fridge magnet

While this drip coffee maker is a nicely put together set it is missing one key piece that makes me wonder how the manufacturer could have forgotten to include it

It would not have costed much to include this key piece so i’m unsure why the manufacturers didn’t include it
