Pros

Cables & wire. Works great for connecting my lazy-spa. It eliminates the worry i use to have with the 12 gauge one.

Sw - 10/3 bench grinder. Well built and right stout. Heavy duty but the sturdiness of it is comforting in quality.

The lighted end lets you know if it comes unplugged - or that you left it plugged in unintentionally. The cord remains cool to the touch.

Cons

The quality of this cable is terrible. It is almost impossible to roll back up due to the stiff jacket. If you were going to leave it unrolled all the time it would be fine.
