Pros & Cons
Pros
Heavy duty, looks durable and both ends are lit. Fantastic conductivity. Amp; lighted plugs are handy.
Lowed, home depot has the same extension cord for double the price. They seem pretty tough and i will be using them with a generator.
Verses this hd 10/3 with a 14mm jacket. Hd extension cord. Instantly provided. I expect it will last a long time.
Cons
The quality of this cable is terrible. It is almost impossible to roll back up due to the stiff jacket. If you were going to leave it unrolled all the time it would be fine. The return period for this item is only 3 months.
Highlights
Quality
Looks to be a quality product which is made in the usa happy with the purchase
It eliminates the worry i use to have with the 12 gauge one overheating
Not too impressed with the plugs though
Under full load the volts drop from 121 to 111 with the welder pulling 19 amps
Price
Amazons price was far lower than the local farm supply stores or other web sites
This is a great cord at a reasonable price
Competitiveness
I was looking for a wellmade long extension cord for 110vac 20 amps and this was a great find
I bought this cord to use exclusively for my masterbuilt smoker and it works phenomenal
