In my case the plastic shell was mostly broken outer box looked fine so the grinders were just sitting there strapped to individual fragments of the plastic

However if i were giving this as a gift it would seem bad that the package was like this though there is no way to tell until you open the gift box

It seems they go through a lot of steps to hide the fact that the mills are made in china

Nowhere on the pretty black box does it say made in china

It only says that on the outer corrugated cardboard which would normally be discarded before selling the item in a store or giving as gift
