There are occasionally a few salt and pepper dustings left behind after sitting on the side but usually depends on how gently or not so gently you place them on the surface once youre done with them

If youre delicate not much will fall out the bottom but if youre a bit more rough you might want to look for a holder to sit them in if youre precious about that sort of stuff
