Very helpful with the heel arch pain i’ve been having
I was so impressed with the results i got using these comforting booties that i bought two others and gave them as christmas gifts
Now i can wear the sock and fill with the ice packs
I bought the replacement ice packs but the ones that come with the socks stay cold for the 30 minutes that i need

I freeze the pacs because i need these cold to prevent neuropathy from chemotherapy
Each sock has 3 gel packs 1 on the sole 1 on the top of the foot and 1 on the back of the heelankle

Use them with frig if icy cold isnt needed

The sock material itself is very soft and unlike another review stated it does come with three ice packs per sock

The things i dont like about them are that the ice packs move around within the sock and generally dont stay in the place you want them and the strap on the heel is very long and doesnt hold the part above the ankle tight to your leg

I was able to insert the long pad in the sole of one sock but the sole of the second sock was sewn for a small gel pad and i had to put the long gel pad in the foot compartment

The ankle strap should be mounted higher its not effective at the bottom of the heel
