Pros
Sometimes i review a product that i would not know existed but for the vine program. The cap is more more like a headband but nontheless, it's still quite nice. Would definitely recommend it, with a 5-star rating for a quality product.
The hand and foot packs have a nice velcro strap to keep it in place. It has some weight to it so adds a bit of compression to the cooling. What makes it great is the surround cooling, because it's a whole hand gel mit.
Put these in the freezer and then use them on the appropriate parts of your body.

Head pack the gel ice pack portion is only on one side with the other being a stretchy fabric

This pack has gel cooling all around in a cylinder so the top and bottom are open

I prefer to have the cooling go all the way around but be aware if this is not your preference

I do imagine it would provide migraine relief both from the weighted eye covering and the cooling

The are not overly loose but not exceptionally tight either
