Pros

The two pack is flexible enough to wrap around your neck and shoulders. They fold nicely to fit into freezer and stay cold. Each pack comes with a side piece that extends into the sleeves.

They are incredibly durable, remain flexible and hold the cold for a long time. The nylon weave is easily washable. The fabric is really high quality - malleable yet sturdy.

Cons

It has a very thick cover and the wrap is stiff & hard to mold to body part. There are no manufacturer instructions or acknowledgement from the company on how to use for heat on the product or packaging.

I do wish it could mold around shoulders a bit but it is well made and great for back of neck and back of shoulders
