Pros

Low profile has been useful as i'm a petite person. Easy to use and isn't heavy or cumbersome. Design also makes it easier to chill!

Definitely recommend for sprains, strains or post surgical. Healed remarkably fast due to keeping swelling down. The wrap is too large for my small wrist, but i love the size of the girl packs.

The ice pack freezes up nicely. I've even used them on my heel for plantar fasciitis. Stays cold slightly longer than other types of icepacks.

Cons

Large rectangular icepack is much more colder than this. This product becomes warm in a matter of minutes. It’s worthless to me.

They stay very cold for the amount of time you should ice an injury

After i freeze the gel pack i attach it with the velcro to the cloth wrap and put it around my wrist and thumb
