Pros
It opens quite smoothly & quickly with the flipper. Opens smoothly with minimal effort and has a tight lockup. You can still use the weight of it's big 6 blade to 'wrist flick' it open.
The luzon is a fun knife and larger than life. This in 6 is my edc knife and has been for over a year now. Even bought one for my older nephew.
The blade is sharp and clean (no serrations) the pivot on the flip to open it is reasonably quick. The blade itself is very strong and easy to sharpen.
Cons
When you use the flipper to deploy the blade, it is so massive that it opens noticeably slower than a typical folder. Walking 200' had partially opened the blade. Now this knife just sits in a drawer.
The liner lock is so flimsy that cold steel added a second lock out of abundant liability protection. The flipper on the back has no grooves for your finger to grab onto. The left-hand thumb stud is buried in the handle.
Too flimsy for my edc use. The issues i mentioned above are *-poor quality control issues.

Quality is good no problems with the lock like some have mentioned

Mine came pretty sharp and i haven’t had any of the quality issue some other people seem to be having

The edge is razor sharp out of the box
It came arm hair shaving sharp right out of the box
About the only con i found was the pocket clip is so good it is a little difficult to get out of the pocket
Competitiveness
The blade is 6 long 8cr13mov steel
Steel liners and tough handles round out a well made knife a steal for the price
The flipper quillions make this a very fast opening knife faster even than an autoknife imho

But for the price it wont hurt near as bad as if it was say your 300 benchmade that broke

Holds up well over time just watch how hard you flick it open it may wear down the metal between the blade and liner lock

Edit almost 6 months later of everyday use on a farm and hunting still very happy pocket clip is the best never falls out

I gave the lock feature a four because the second lock is manual and it is no good if you forget to engage it

Update 2 weeks after for some reason the liner lock is going way too far to the other side of the blade so its malfunctioning and staying locked
