Pros

Colace 2-in-1 stool softener & stimulant laxative tablets are gentle on my bowels. The poo really sneaks up on you, but not in a bad way!

It softens for easy non-straining passing. Totally gentle. And effortlessly at that. They have a lingering effect, in that your stool will continue to be slightly soft for a few days.

Next morning. Everyone is different and must exercise caution before taking any over the counter medication. It’s effective within 12-24 hours.

Cons

Not a good product, imo. Colace used to be effective. This formula is not remotely effective. Senokot has a product that works better and is much cheaper.
