Good selection but could do with another set of handlesdisappointingly i have yet to receive a link to the exercise guide this was part of the reason i purchased this set of bands

It effects all spine which has spondylitis bottom five vertebrae are cemented together

I haven’t decided what i want from them just to firm up a bit in old age and i think that is achievable
