Wheels are nigh on silent, the rattling you hear in the video is all the tables hitting each other. All 8 rotate 360 degrees. They are a bit noisy when rolling and don't roll the smoothest, but for the price they work just fine.

Small size caster wheels are great for where lighter weight wheels are needed. The caster feels sturdy too, as i use the stool as an additional seat.

Easy to install and mechanically function very well. Sturdy and easy to install. Saving for future foot-locker project.

The assortment of fasteners that are provided includes both substantial machine screws and wood screws. I only use two screws on each one and it is very secure. Bought them to attach to my cricut.

Cons

Their entire width is like 1. I'm not sure if the frames would collapse before the wheels shattered.
