If i use a mediumsized mug it heats very well however my favorite mugs are slightly larger 3 78 than the heating surface 3 12 and dont make full contact

This new smart computer chip device does not get hot enough for long enough and i have to constantly cycle through the settings to get the temperature to turn back on again and start healing all over again
