Pros

High setting will keep a hot mug hot, high setting will warm up a lukewarm mug. High setting works for my skin, the middle setting for my ears, and the lowest setting for another therapy. This cup warmer is amazing.

The only downside that i can see is there is no on/off switch so you have to be careful not to set anything that can melt on it. tape the button down on the bottom of the warmer. And no worries about remembering to turn it off.

Cons

I now have a $20 paperweight because the return window was too small. For the entirety of its life it has smelled like melting plastic. There is no way to get customer support so i am just *.

Each time you lift your mug up for a sip, the warmer turns off. Always having to look over to reset the heat.

There is no off switch. False advertisement and very poor design. Too much “work” to use.

Hot setting only works on flat bottomed mugs/cups. It resets the temperature to the low setting every time you put the mug back on it.
