Pros
It keeps my coffee a nice temperature when i neglect to finish it in a hurry. The only downside is that the heating performance is really dependant on the mug material.

Product is not as advertised. I am extremely disappointed with this product. Do not buy.
Ne pas pas acheter mug is too large and doesn't keep your drink warm. There is no on/off switch nor any temperature controls, since it uses the weight of your mug.

I had an issue with the auto shut off but the support given by the seller was simply fabulous
I dont have a flat bottom mug like the product recommends but i do have a mug that has a lid
Competitiveness
Literally a life saver in the winter months as im a sloooow coffee drinker at work
I notice some reviewers have a different model i have the pictured model

Consif there isnt enough weight to your mug or cup it will not stay on if placed in the center of the warmer

It would have been preferable if it was a switch as opposed to a clicking switch underneath the base of the warmer

With a silicone cover on my cups beverages are just as hot as when i initially pour them
