The introduction couches it all in terms of the snowden leaks but the focus of the book is the russia problem and the cold war not the modern surveillance state

Its not an easy read though and ill admit i didnt even try to understand the detailed descriptions of encryption algorithms

Note they are not saying that the information published by wikileaks is inaccurate but that the big russian bear did it to interfere with the election
