Pros & Cons
Pros
Super outil à avoir à un juste prix. Immediately tried this on a 99 vw jetta with an srs code. Worked good to see all the ecm and tcm data. Great meter at this price range.
This code reader was recommended by a coworker. Overall, very satisfied with the scan tool. Good product. Hope it lasts.
Takes a few minutes to set it up (registration and downloading) but works fine. Reader can be powered from a usb port to retrieve serial number etc.
Cons
Tried unsuccessfully to register and connect to a computer. Kept trying past the return date. Tried several times to reach their support, no reply back.
Seldom are any of numerous maker/vehicle files updated. Also, security warnings come up on their update site. One site show me update (china web site) but give an error when updating and the software freeze.
