Pros

I use this in many of my paleo dishes or any recipe that calls for soy sauce. It's milder and less salty but the flavor is great. Use it instead of soy sauce to ma me all kinds of other sauces- like homemade hoisin.

Cons

This needs to be refrigerated after opening. Label states refrigerate after opening. It is not returnable!

It tastes like a foul bbq water sauce without the smokey taste. Mold is really dangerous for your health too.
