Until i used it to doublestrain a cocktail hawthorne strainer first over the shaker cup poured into this one over the glass i had no idea how many very small particles of ice were getting through the hawthorne strainer to the drink

Too many bartenders dont strain the drink and the ingredients are left floating around or the small ice shards
