Pad is still full and same firmness thickness as the day i bought it. The thickness is great, it's not hot on my bum, and there's no nubbies to annoy me. The cushion itself works just fine and is supportive.

The open weave of the fabric cover is a painful against bare skin. It needs to fit the chair to be comfortable and it does not. Actually hurts my back more.

Reordered the same product. Had to return this item. Wish it was still returnable. Now it says i can't return it, even though they state “eligible for refund or replacement’.
