Specifically i dont know why its bluetooth name isnt coby speaker or something easily recognizable instead of csbt351 and the volume up and down buttons on it have to be held down to adjust the volume a single click will skip the current song

Using both the supplied cable and another compatible cable the port requires the connection to be twisted to make contact
