The plug to the radar doesnt fit perfectly but works fines

I used pieces of caulking rod stock wedged on top of it to keep it in place there and then slipped the cord into a crack at the end of the dash to route it behind it and then back out at the 12 volt outlet plug

Every time i hit a bump in the road the detector would essentially reset or power down completely

I had the six foot long cord and while it worked fine it wasnt long enough to allow me to hide the wire like i like

Relocated my radar detector was sick of the cord hanging down so bought this one to run it around the edges and down the pillars
