Pros
Fixed a stubborn clog in about 15 minutes. Don't hesitate to have this on hand for drain clogs. Cleared two sinks in a matter of minutes. No more clog.
Used this within minutes of arrival. Easy enough to use. Seriously incredible. Best $10. Watch her videos for tips on how to use it.
It's a little difficult to remove the hair wound around the coil at the end but i'm sure some scissors and/or a little pokey tool of some sort would help.

Reoccurring malfunction. Doesn't grab onto clog, very disappointing. Might as well have just bought the coil part.
