It goes on smoothly, lasts all day and allows for natural, daytime/office shades that aren't overly dramatic.

Most importantly, the eyeshadows stay put much better than other drugstore-priced eyeshadows i've tried, which usually crease substantially and look like a mess on my eyelids before the end of the workday (yes, i use a primer, but hooded eyes are a bitch).
