I dislike that when i opened the package and pulled out the container, half of it spilled on the floor. The container holding the powder was split open and all over inside of bag.

Great product keeps inside of stove clean i assume that it doing the same to the chimney
Use 2 cans of it over the winter seems to work well
This is not what i wanted had to go to canadian tire and buy a log for big cleaning of creosote
The clean outs at the end of the year dont lie and the overall efficiency of the chimney throughout the season dosent either

Burn the fire hot and put some of this in it and black flakes land outside
