After looking at it closer i realized the bottom was completely

Flat so there was a lot of friction while cutting since the bottom of all three flutes were dragging completely

Learn from my ignorance i dropped it down on my spoil board to a very shallow depth using manual jogging but it dug in and jammed my spindle and the spindle driver circuit overloaded and burnt out

The folks on the support group im in explained that you must ease it in sideways either from outside the workpiece or from above with a combined sideways and downwards move

A few other people in the group have used this tool some successfully but the accepted advice was that it was too large for a 3018 and yould be better to use a standard endmill and just take longer levelling your spoil board after all its not something you do often
