Pros
Pillow is nice & plump. Has not flattened, has retained its plumpness. This holds its shape just needs plumping every so often.
I use this in place of a conventional pillow as it encases my back. It also doubles as a tray holder when placed on the lap.
Cons
Pillow itself seems tackily made, loose threads and lumpy. Have notified amazon about the labelling.

Dont expect the provided case to last long as its already coming away at the seam and due to the shape its not the easiest pillow to get a case on
