Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

They are impossible to buy from igloo, but i read in a forum to try these…. This fits my old gas can just fine. Easy to install and simple to pour.

Cons

Buyer beware, these are cheap pieces of garbage. Threw them away. Absolute garbage product all the way around.

The rubber gaskets inside the spout deforms after a few uses and gas leaks while pouring or being transported. Seems likely to leak if the can were to be accidently knocked over in a vehicle.

Plastic on this is super brittle. They say flexible, and are corrugated, but whin i tried to flex it to fit spout into the tank it snapped instantly.

Price

Thanks so much for an inexpensive and easy replacement alternative

But the best part is it was inexpensive the supplier mentions midwest with dimensions in their write up and it doesn’t leak

Packaging/appearance

I didnt read the tiny packaging print on the last spout and it specifically states not for use on older gas cans

Competitiveness

The nozzles are decent length and should work much better than the difficult to use briggs nozzles

I bought some cans with ridiculously complicated nozzles requring pushing a red lever in while shoving the nozzle into a car gas tank with ludicrous amounts of presssure

Then the nozzles that came with the cans are competley utterly unusable and useless

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

They came with 2 different threaded lids to attach the nozzle to the cans that i bought elsehwere us madedesigned cans by the way but with totally unworkable nozzles

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Less wasted gas than those hard to use devices that inevitably resulted in spills

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Seems like all my gas cans have different types of safety nozzles and they are not instinctual

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Every season i struggle to relearn how to use them

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Not only that between my arthritis small hands and lack of dexterity the safety nozzles have made yardwork more difficult than it should be

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

No more hand pain or aching back while leaning over my mower or boat or pressure washer waiting for the safety nozzle to trickle gas into the tank
