Pros
All necessary hardware was included. Not too difficult to install. Takes a little time but well worth the effort. It really fit our club car well.
Cons
The top bolt is practically impossible to tighten without adding a spacer. The instructions are terrible and miss key installation steps. There is no information which bolts go where or anything in the entire assembly.

The flip down part is very sturdy and can definitely hold some weight
The rear seat went on very easily works great would recomend great for hauling gardening stuff and grandkids highly recomend
