It works wonderfully and so nice to have preloaded needles for travel. I was pleasantly surprised, it really works! This is the second one i have bought. It's neat, organized and portable.
This is a game changer. Best $9 i have ever spent on a sewing/quilting notion. I use it for cross stitching and just keep several colors ready to go.
This case is awesome. This is worth every penny! What a gem.
Cons
My mom on the other hand prefers longer needles, and they simply do not fit in the slots. If they are all like this, then this is a bad product. Don't waste you your money.

Thats because i figured it was like those automatic needle threaders that wont work for tapestry needles

Needles go into the slots and the thread goes into the notches

Stick the needle into one of the slots and put the thread through the notch in the blue and out the slot in the cream
