Cons
The lavender is a fragrance oil, not an essential oil. Product advertises it can be used for soap making, but it ruined my cp (cold process) soap.
Triethyl citrate has been used as a pseudo-emulsifier in e-cigarette juices. The first ingredient in the rosemary oil is tri methyl citrate which is just citric acid.
