Pros
It is rigid enough to keep it's shape and pliable enough to fit in the fixture. These majorly filter the light.
Cumulus mediocris is a great product. The seller is wonderful, too. I had a slight problem with the order, and they gracefully took care of it.
The covers noticeably reduce the amount of light transmitted, but for my purposes that is fine as i don't like flourescent glare. Bright light is a migraine trigger for me, and so far this solution has been perfect!
Cons
When you insert the cover over the lights as instrcucted, it dims and darkens the room drastically. Very flimsy and gaps when in light.

Unfortunately there’s a light right above my cubicle that glares directly on my monitors and quickly gives me one heck of a headache
