They are advertised as multi layer hangers with 4 layers so in a sense it is four hangers in one 5 if you choose to drape something over the bottom frame part

Additionally there’s not much room in between the bars in general so it’s hard to get the pants in and out

Last the hooks were advertised to swivel 360 degrees but mine do not
