Pros

Nice quality, very rugged. It feels sturdy. Sturdy, easy to assemble.

Easy to put together and comes with drywall anchors for install. Had to search but there is an installation video on the amazon product page in the pics section. Had a few reservations upon receiving this in the box.

Cons

The drying rack is missing the metal supports that hold the drying rack up. The part that props the stand isn't manufactured correctly. This results in the prop not sitting correctly in the slots on the wall.

The rack is something like 28 wide-shouldn't the design be at least 32 to span two studs so you can get a solid anchor? Either i couldn't decipher the directions correctly or i was sent two left or right-sided brackets.

If you are not handy this might be a slight challenge but i’m lucky my husband made it work and we are happy with the product

Purchase quality drywall screws and these drying racks will be completely secure

My best guess for this is that the workers went absolutely stark raving mad assembling these and then shipping them out in flat boxes

I really like this because it fits well in our laundry space and folds out of the way nicely

Folded flat its out of the way and doesnt block daylight
