Pros

The taste is a very slight mint (the name, gentle mint suits this perfectly). It's so tough to find a sensitive toothpaste with fluoride that isn't so minty it hurts my mouth.

No more mouth sores and no more cavities. It really does a good job cleaning my teeth. Helped restore my gums. It’s only there to make you feel like you’re doing something magical.

Cons

Going back to colgate. This tube is ridiculously tiny for the price i paid.
