Pros
Purchased 2 of the 14”w; arrived on time & undamaged. Was so pleased to still be able to find this product and replace. Fits perfectly under my kitchen sink with 14.
The basket is surprisingly roomy. Very smooth sliding, perfect depth, easy to install. Basket slides smoothly.
They fit perfectly and well built to take what we use them for, plastic ware, tupperware. Had previous one for 12-15 yrs (not sure exactly but a long time) before finally wearing out. Works pretty good.
It is the cheapest drawer and sturdy one i searched. Perfect size and sturdy drawer in reasonable price. Awesome addition to my campers cupboards.
Cons
Does amazon have any control over the merchants that sell used merchandise?
The supports for the upper tier is very flimsy & wobbles. If you wiggle it a bit, the screws start to wiggle apart and fall off. The inside hinge hits the side so the actual size can be deceiving.

The original product box should have been put into an amazon box
Came in its original product box which was heavily damaged but the product was sturdy enough to survive

They pull out easily although one is slightly bent so gets stuck if weight is not evenly distributed in the drawer

What i found somehow difficult was to assemble the organizer while ducking inside the cabinet particularly the brackets that fold the upper drawer
