I know that others have said that these are not actual clorox brand products and i am not saying that they did not get knockoffs but i did get genuine products

The only issue i have is when you are trying to get a new one on the wand you have to peel the one it is connected to apart

This works well on normal build up and you can easily dispose of the used head in the trash do not flush

For hard water build up i use clr but there were never any promises made that this wand would clean that off

The description on amazon and on box says 3 packages of 10 but there were only 2 packages of 10
