Perfect fit and replacement for my clopay door. Fits nicely, single channel. Bought two of these to replace the originals on my garage doors.
Difficult to get started but glided easier with soap. Very durable and flexible. Arrived faster than expected and well packaged.
Cons
The rubber is not glued together to slide into slot of the bottom of the garage door. Company charges almost $23 of restocking fee. Deceptive product information.

Flooded the track with lithium grease and cut the old seal along the bottom so i could rip off half and then the other half came out easily

Rinsed off the track afterwards to get all the dirt off then applied the grease back on the track and slowly slid the new seal on

About halfway through had to feed from the loose side a little and then pull from the other side to get it on the track without jumping out

I’m thinking stapling the two top ends together probably would have sped it up but not sure

Anyway after the seal was in with one inch extended out each end i mounted the rail back to the bottom of the door
