Pros

This is a very nice setup, i use it primarily for doing overheads on a isx. This is several times cheaper compared to some of the other brands. Something the slightly cheaper red ones are reported to not do so well.

Clockwise tools mgbr-01 magnetic base stand is a great value. Easy to set up and the magnet is strong. The magnet isn't as strong as advertised, but it doesn't need to be. The magnets are much stronger than the older magnetic bases that i have.

This works really well. It is not an expert but it does the basic job i need. This base is so versatile. This thing is awesome.

The rigidity is perfectly adequate to hold a dial test indicator without budging. I use it to test variances in some of my hobbies which may include the straightness in the arrows that we use.

Cons

The magnet part is a joke. The other joints are friction. If you're a backyard tack and grinder it meets the minimum. The plastic tightening knobs are very large in diameter and get in the way.

This holder simplifies the setup process as there is only one knob to adjust and every thing stays where you put it

For the money i would definitely recommend

It has the same movement range allowing for a great variety of positions making it just as useful as the nogas

Looking forward to their other tool offerings

Its similar in design to noga magnetic base and alot less money
