Pros

As others have attested, customer service is great. The company backs it's warranty.

These clockwise calipers are more comfortable than any other set we have. The function is as smooth as my starlett's and the display is much clearer and larger to boot. They are smoother than all calipers in the $20 - $30 range.

Case is decent with a blow mold and a small pad to keep minor bumps from jarring the tool. Comes with an extra battery.

I wish i would have done years it sooner. Caliper itself is definitely a step up from my old harbor freight cheapo model. Works quite well in my shop which is a harsh environment.

Cons

After about a month the battery leaked acid and ruined the metal strip connector

These seem much better on battery life when idle than much of the competition uses a cr2032 batt rather than an lr44 as many competitors do

After much looking at other similar items i believe this is a superior product in the price range
