Pros

Clockwise digital calipers are smooth and comfortable. They are smoother than all calipers in the $20 - $30 range. They perform as good as my $200 pair.

The company is pretty transparent about what it can or cannot do. As others have attested, customer service is great. Worked fine.

I wish i would have done years it sooner. Caliper itself is definitely a step up from my old harbor freight cheapo model. Works quite well in my shop which is a harsh environment.

Overall pleased with the fit finish and function of these calipers

I recently found out that my calipers display doesnt work anymore and which i decided to get in touch with the customer service

Unfortunately the lcd readout was blank so i assumed it was a faulty battery as it had just worked the previous week with the mechanic

The cost was not at all bad for what you get

Vick immediately offered to send a replacement unit and even held off shipping as i was going away before the unit would arrive

Did not like the sticker that must be removed to see the screen

This last time a professonal diesel mechanic was using it and a couple of days later i needed to use it myself

These seem much better on battery life when idle than much of the competition uses a cr2032 batt rather than an lr44 as many competitors do

Its no mitutoyo but it also just a percentage of the price

Seems very nicely made but im only a handy hubbies
