I like this thermometer because i only have ever had the mercury glass ones and now with my two small grandchildren it will be much simpler to get a temperature in 10 seconds rather than trying to get them to sit still and quiet for several minutes while being scared they will bite the glass and have it break

Just by pressing the offon buttons for 4 seconds you can bring up the lcd display that allows you to switch from celsius or the fahrenheit scale or to read the previous temperature taken

It sounds a buzzing alarm after temperature is taken and has a faster different sound if the temperature is above 37

Very easy to use turn on device position senor and wait for the beep read the temperature and turn power off
